Here are several clans you are able to join:

Uchiha-sharingan
Hyuuga-Byakugan
Matsuki-Summons dragons based on the element they were given.
Tenshi-Tetsumi Eye (Able to talk and see spirits. Also able to summon them during battle. Can only be used when you become a genin)
Itapo-bird summoner
